Packaging Process
The safety of the statue during transportation is a top priority, so we apply a professional packaging process:
The statue is carefully wrapped with 02 shockproof layers of bubble wrap and soft foam to protect against impact.
The statue is placed firmly in a hard carton box or optional gift box. The gaps in the box are filled to prevent the statue from shifting during transportation.
The box is securely sealed, with additional “Fragile” warning labels to ensure careful transportation.
Delivery
Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. All products are custom made, drawing, printing and coloring takes a lot of time to complete the perfect product to send to you.
Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
